LADishes owns a copyright in the website code and selection, coordination, arrangement, and enhancement of the material. LADishes does not provide any warranty service for any of the products sold on the website and/or Service. All warranty repair and/or replacement shall be obtained directly from the manufacturer of the individual product purchased.

Jurisdiction.

The materials contained on this website and/or Service are for the purpose of promoting products, which are strictly available in the United States. This website and/or Service is controlled and operated from the LADishes offices in the State of Utah.

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah, excluding the conflicts of law rules. Customer expressly agree that the exclusive jurisdiction for any claim or action arising out of or relating to the Terms of Use or their use of this website and/or Service shall be filed only in the state or federal courts located in the State of Utah. Customer further agrees and submits to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purpose of litigating any such claim.

Privacy.

The personal information Customer gives to LADishes.com in order to create an account or place an order will be used only to process Customer's orders and to contact Customer concerning the status of their orders. Customer's personal information may be used by LADishes.com to contact Customer if desire to be notified about any promotional offers. LADishes will not share Customer's personal information with any third parties.

Integration.

These Terms of Use constitute the entire agreement between the Customer and LADishes and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications between the parties with respect to this website and/or Service.

Severability.

If any part of these Terms of Use is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Shipping, Return and Damage Policies:

Shipping Policy.

Shipping charges are calculated on the weight of the item(s). Items will be sent via USPS or UPS, at our discretion. All orders shipped to addresses in Alaska or Hawaii will be shipped by USPS and may be subject to additional shipping charges not shown on the website. At this time, we do not ship outside of the United States, although, upon request, we will ship to Canada. It is our policy to ship within 1 business day of accepting an order, however, occasionally it may take longer. Please allow 3 - 5 business days for processing. We will notify you when and how your order is shipped. Based on the shipping method, it may take 7 - 14 business days for delivery. Insurance is included in the shipping cost.

Return Policy.

If you have any questions about items you are ordering, please send us an email or call us at (435) 767-0947. If an item must be returned, contact us via email for a return authorization number within three (3) days of receipt of your order. Items must be returned in the same condition as they were when shipped to you and must have our original sticker or marking. We will issue a refund or send a replacement for your item(s) upon our receipt and verification, excluding any and all shipping / insurance costs. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Returned merchandise must be received by us within ten (10) days of the date from which we were contacted and must be insured.

Damage Policy.

Although orders are packed in a manner to prevent damage and/or breakage, if your order does arrive damaged, please contact us via email within three (3) days of your receipt of the order. Upon receipt of insurance proceeds from the insurance carrier, we will initiate a refund or send a replacement to you, if available. This process can take up to 30 days. Do not repack & do not return the damaged items to us unless requested. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Retain the box, all packing material and all damaged items until we advise you to either return or dispose of them.
